No extra charge for transparent/white/solid color/gradient backgrounds

Simplified background such as blurred / shaded scenery, abstract art, and shapes are okay. Please see Samples below for the level of complexity allowed.

Additional Elements includes accessories, props & other objects that are not originally present on the character's design

No excessive details. Price varies depending on the quantity of additional elements.

I have the right to decline any commission requests.

All payments are through Paypal only.

Confirmation of Slot. A Paypal Invoice will be sent via E-mail within 3-5 business days after sending the Commission Form.

All Paypal Invoice includes an additional Paypal base rate of 3.40% + $0.30 for Paypal transaction fee.

Due of Payment is 10 days from when the invoice is sent. If not paid, commission request will be cancelled.

No Payment = No Drawing

Once paid, I will reconfirm the Commission Request Description. Changes in request can still be discussed.

Phases. Sketch: rough sketch with solid color (+ lighting). Lineart: cleaned up sketch with base colors and shading. Pre-Rendering: applying final changes/revisions if applicable. Rendering: shading, detailing and finishing.

Updates. Commissioner will be updated twice: 1) Sketch Phase and 2) Pre-Rendering Phase.

Commissioner can keep track of the commission phase in the Commission Queue.

Revisions. Changes are allowed only within the Sketch and Lineart Phase with maximum of 2 revisions only.

Once the commission is on Rendering Phase, revisions are no longer accepted.

Payment Refunds are non-refundable once the commission has reached Rendering Phase.

Time of Completion depends on the complexity/difficulty of the commission, changes/revisions applied and existing workload.

Allot at least 2 weeks for the commissioned piece to be finished. Multiple characters and Full Illustrations have longer completion time.

Finished pieces. Commissioner will receive the image files (PNG) with and without watermark. Total of 2 files will be sent via google drive link which is accessible only to the commissioner.

All commissions are for personal use only.

Concept / ideas belongs to the commissioner.

I have the right to post the commissioned pieces on my Twitter Account (@mythrier). If the commissioner does not wish to be tagged, please inform me beforehand.

Printing of the commissioned piece into postcards, stickers etc is allowed as long as it is exclusively for personal use.

Posting on other social media sites is allowed. Please give proper credits: include my Twitter Handle on the caption (e.g @/mythrier) or tag me on Twitter, and use the file with the watermark. If used as icon or header, the commissioner is allowed to crop the commissioned piece however they like given that the proper credits are on social media bio.

I have the right to include any finished commissioned works on my Works page.
